Personality:: There are many sides to Miss Elena. Stubborn as a mule at times, she’s determined and persistent when fighting for something she loves. Though at first she’s untrusting and cautious if you can gain her trust she is probably one of the most kind and helpful people you could get to know. When in danger, Elena is a completely different person. Her personality changes altogether in a battle situation; instinct takes over and she’s a killer.

Elena has spells where every now and again, she’ll go into a mild depression. However, it doesn’t take much for her to get out of these ruts, just a friend or a friendly spirit. When she’s in a normal mood, she can have an attitude, especially around people she doesn’t care for. Travis, for example, is someone she will constantly challenge and fight with, sometimes playfully, sometimes seriously. Her personality clashes with his, and explosions can happen.

Because of this issue, Elena is rarely found at home. Her father is dead set on her marrying the boy, though, so the marriage will probably occur. The only exception to this rule is if she finds her ‘true love’, which would also need to be approved by her father. Meddlesome and unruly, she’s barely controllable.
History:: Born to the elder and his wife, Elena was a colicky, upset baby. Once she was five, her mother got pregnant again. Shortly after Sarah was born, Elena’s mother died due to a hemorrhage. Though everyone in the village helped with the loss, the playful child was never the same. She’d go off alone, explore, and find trouble. Desperately trying to find a way to keep the girl home, she was assigned to a group of male elven children to train.

The strongest male of this group would be assigned to be her future husband, after all. She got to know them all and became everyone’s friend. This is where she was allowed to perfect her archery skills and to be a rough and tumble kind of girl. Finally, at the age of thirteen, a winner was selected. None other than Travis, she was pretty well screwed. The two children didn’t get along, the problem kids of the bunch.
Ever since her betrothed was announced, Elena has went back to her old ways. Running off, trying to be alone. Anywhere but with Travis. Set to get married in a year, she’s still desperately trying to find her ‘true love’.
