A peaceful city is located in the center, complete with a Sanctuary for those running from war, home, any terrible situation It's a polished place under strict supervision by a police force. Valspara Trees span the width of the east side of the river. This wooded area is home to various species of elves and woodland creatures such as deer, coyotes, bear, fox, rabbits, and even the occasional turtle.
